1.2 This website is owned and operated by Payallo Ltd.  These terms and conditions of usage constitute the agreement between you and Payallo Ltd relating to your use of this website ("the website").

1.3 All rights in the website are owned by Payallo Ltd. Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.

1.4 Payallo Ltd reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use from time to time by posting notice of any changes on its website and Any changes will take effect 1 month after the date of posting on the website, and shall apply to your use of the website after that 1 month period.


2. General

2.1 Payallo Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access the website for the purposes of browsing product information, obtaining contact information or accessing ‘Manage i-Cash’.

2.2 Your licence to access the website does not extend to any commercial use of the website, or to any use of the website whatsoever which is for the benefit of any commercial entity other than Payallo Ltd, our affiliates or resellers.

2.3 Payallo Ltd shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit direct or indirect, loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non-performance of our obligations under these Terms of Use including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable.

2.5 There are links on the website to third party websites which Payallo Ltd believe may be of interest to you. Payallo Ltd has no control over the content of these websites nor can Payallo Ltd be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites.

2.6 All intellectual property rights including use of trademarks shall be solely owned by Payallo Ltd. You are permitted only to use material on the website as expressly authorised by Payallo Ltd or our licensors.

2.7 Payallo Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information which we place on the site but we make no warranties whether express or implied in relation to the accuracy of such information.

 2.8 This Agreement is governed and construed by the laws of the European Union and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the European Union.

2.9 Payallo Ltd reserves the right to assign, subcontract, novate or transfer its obligations hereunder to any third party.

2.10 Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create any rights which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement.

2.11 If any clause or part of any clause of this Agreement shall be found to be illegal or unenforceable, then the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Agreement shall not be adversely affected.

2.12 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these Terms of Use except with our specific permission in writing.

2.13 Any delay or failure by Payallo Ltd to enforce or pursue any remedy or right hereunder shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that remedy or right and will not prevent that right or remedy from subsequently being exercised or enforced.

2.14 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to the Terms of Use of the website and supersedes any previous agreements and understandings between us relating thereto.
